Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event will receive a 100% refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it for any reason, your registration is transferrable to a future event within the next year (must be notified at least 7 days prior to the event).
Refunds are not available for discounted registrations. However, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days prior to event at no additional cost.
Registrations purchased at a 50% discount or more are considered final sale and are not eligable for refunds, credits or transfers.
