Through our combined 50 years of coaching experience, we've walked the same path of disconnection. Shantell's body started changing mysteriously—weight gain, comfort eating, and great loss that led to life-altering decisions—all while maintaining a put-together exterior that left her realizing she wasn't the woman she thought she was going to be.
