Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 90 days before the event will receive a 100% refund, less a $200 processing fee. Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another person or apply your payment to a future event within the next year (must be notified at least 30 days prior to event).
Refunds are not available for discounted registrations. However, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 7 days prior to event at no additional cost.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit for future events IF the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event. This credit will be valid for one year from the original event date.
Registrations purchased at a 50% discount or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, credits or transfers.
