What do I need for an online journey?
Headphones, an eye mask, and a comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted.

What do I need for an in‑person journey?
Just show up in comfy clothes. We provide headphones. Bring a blanket and eye mask if you want your own. If you forget, we’ve got extras.

Do I need to know how to “breathe” for this?
Nope. We’ll guide you through everything step by step.

Do I need to be fit or in shape?
Nope, you’ll be lying down the whole time this isn’t a workout.

Can I do a journey if I’m pregnant?
We don’t recommend doing a breath journey while pregnant. Always talk to your doctor first.

Are there any health reasons I shouldn’t do this?
Yes. If you have cardiovascular issues (like a history of heart attack, stroke, or uncontrolled high blood pressure), epilepsy, glaucoma, a detached retina, or certain severe mental illnesses (like psychosis or bipolar disorder), this will not be for you at this time. If you’re taking high‑dose medications for blood pressure or bipolar disorder, talk to your doctor first.
